    To give this blend its expressive flavor, we preblended roasted the finest coffees from the Andrade Farm in Brazil, an exceptional Canephora from the Mulembe farmers in Uganda, and our washed Red Catuai from Finca Los Diegos. The result is a complex and exceptionally balanced espresso that's powerful yet silky. The rich and stable crema makes it an ideal bar espresso for discerning baristas.

    Arabica and Canephora .

    Red Catuai is a variety originally developed in Brazil. In Costa Rica, Red Catuai has gained many fans and has become the country's most popular variety. Red Catuai retains its quality even during extreme weather fluctuations and impresses with its very smooth and full body. Furthermore, you can discover new, delicate flavors in every cup.

    Canephora, also known as Robusta, is the second most widely planted coffee variety worldwide after Arabica. This coffee plant is characterized by its resistance to disease and higher caffeine levels (1.7-4%). Its flavor profile offers bold, earthy notes with less acidity than Arabica and is often prized in espresso blends for its full body and crema.
