If you ask us what the hottest stuff is for us, then it's definitely our Thrilla Papilla filter coffees. They come from a small, perfectly aligned slope on our finca - a so-called micro lot. Small, fine, sun-drenched. The geocoordinates can be found directly above. The coffee cherries are picked by hand, carefully processed in special processes and roasted in small batches in Hamburg. Each batch is numbered and limited.
Incidentally, filter coffee can contain more aromatic nuances than wine. And as with wine, each good vintage is only available in limited quantities. So, if you want to treat your taste buds to a little adventure, try one of our micro lots while they're still available.
The “Lote di Yosi” lot is named after the Diegos' right-hand man. Yosi grew tomatoes here alongside the young coffee plants. The young coffee plants benefit from the tomato production, as food and water are shared fraternally. Marsellesa was grafted onto Robusta rootstocks here to take advantage of the stronger and larger root system.
